Refund policy
Digivoxe will process all refund requests according to this Refund Policy.
We may change Digivoxe’s Refund Policy at any time. If we do, we’ll let you know by publishing the revised Refund Policy on our Website. By doing so, Digivoxe has provided you with enough notice of its Refund Policy changes. If you keep using our Website, you’ll agree to accept those changes.
We’ll refund your money if you email billing@digivoxe.com canceling your service.
General Refund Process
- Refunds are only available if the service(s) has been discontinued.
- When your service gets suspended or terminated due to violating our Terms of Service, there will be no refund.
- If your service gets downgraded, you won’t get a refund.
- The Digivoxe team will only refund money when the account details you’ve provided for the refund match those from which we got your money. If the account details don’t match, we won’t refund you. Refunds will only get made to your client account if there’s a discrepancy.
- We’ll process and finish money refund requests within a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 15 days from when you request them. All money refund requests are subject to an administrative fee which will be deducted from your refund. You’re only gonna get a refund in your client account if the amount to be refunded is less than the administrative fee, i.e. bank charges.
- Digivoxe isn’t responsible for any extra charges imposed by online payment processors like RazorPay, Stripe, Instamojo, Paypal, etc. If you purchase through any of these payment processing companies, they can refund the money via the source of payment.
- A refund can’t be given more than once for the same product or service.
An overpayment occurred
Whenever we find out you’ve overpaid for a product or service, we’ll automatically credit your Aarav Infotech account with the overpayment, which you can use later to pay for other services or products. If you log into your account and go to your client area dashboard, you’ll see this credit under Available credit.
The request for a refund must be sent to billing@digivoxe.com if you’d like your overpayment refunded to your bank account. It should include details like the invoice number, the date, the method of payment, the amount overpaid, and the bank details from which it was made.
Refund requests will be handled according to this policy once we get them.
Website Design & Development
Termination of Services: When the client decides to stop working with Digivoxe Media during the first design or development phase, they’re responsible for the work already done. There’s a chance you’ll get a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund, or owe additional fees if you cancel depending on how much work was done at the time. Clients that want to terminate their service must request it in writing to avoid unintentional service interruptions.
Website Maintenance
Cancellation & Refund of Monthly Subscription: You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime before the maintenance begins or within the first three days, whichever is later. After you cancel, we’ll refund the money within 7 days after deducting the transaction fee.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee: If you cancel before 30 days of the service subscribed, you’ll get a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 7 to 15 business days of the day you ask for a refund, you’ll get the money back once transactions fees have been deducted
Web Hosting
- You have 30 days to cancel your annual shared hosting or reseller hosting purchase to get a refund.
- If you want to cancel your monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual web hosting plan, you have to do it within 72 hours of purchase.
Since domains are unique products, the money-back guarantee doesn’t apply to most add-ons.
Web Hosting with Domain Registration
The amount of money refunded to you will be reduced by the market value of the domain registration in your web hosting package if you have purchased an annual hosting package with free domain registration. Domain registration is not covered by this money-back guarantee and is not refundable. Therefore, the amount you will be refunded will be reduced by the cost of the domain registration in your web hosting package.
SSL Certificates
- After buying a Comodo SSL Certificate, you have 5 days to cancel it to get a refund.
- You can cancel certificates you’ve already bought but haven’t received if you ask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- You won’t get a refund if you cancel/refund a certificate after the grace period has passed.
Non-Refundable Products and Services
You can’t get a refund once you’ve purchased:
- Virtual Servers
- Domain registrations, transfers & renewals
- Cloud hosting
- SiteLock
- CodeGuard
- SiteBuilder
- Email Hosting
- Custom services purchases
Payments Issues
A refund may be issued if you made an error in your payment. If you accidentally made it (e.g. double payment for an invoice, automated payment enabled, wrong transfer of funds, debited more than once on a transaction, etc). Send a refund request to billing@digivoxe.com if you made a mistake in payment. The invoice number, if applicable, and payment amount are required details in the request. The request must also include the date, method, and amount of payment.
It’s best to contact us if you have a problem with online payments or other payments before you go to your bank or the payment processing company (e.g. Razorpay, Paypal, Instamojo, Strip) to get your money back. Whenever we get your refund request, we’ll handle it according to this Refund Policy.
